All invoices will be sent out following the auction sale. Purchases will be charged to the credit card posted on registration following the auction sale, if this was your selected payment method.

E-Transfer payments must be received by no later than 12:00pm EST. the day after you have received your invoice, otherwise the credit card on file will automatically be charged.

For purchases made by bidders out of country or overseas, we may request that payment be made in full by wire transfer. If the case, we will reach out to you directly with all wire transfer details.

Pick up is available at: Auction Network, 35 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 1B3. Please drive around the back of the building to door U1 #4. Follow all signs.

If you plan to pickup, you must select this preference when registering otherwise your items will be automatically sent for shipping.

In response to the COVID-19 Virus, Auction Network will be accommodating pick up on a scheduled basis only. Please do not visit our pick up location unless you have a scheduled appointment.

Pickup for this sale is available:

Saturday: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm-4:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm-9:00pm
The following Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm

We wanted to take a moment to express our care and gratitude for all of you, and to let you know that precautions are being taken considering the latest developments in COVID-19 information. Our priority remains to ensure the health and wellness of all patrons and staff.

In order to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 disease, we ask that you reconsider coming to pick up your items if any of the following reflects how you are feeling at the time of picking up:

1. I have had a fever at some point in the past 24 hours
2. I have one or more of the following symptoms: Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath, Sore Throat, Runny Nose
3. I have has contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.
4. I have travelled within the past 14 days.

Should any of the above apply to you, we are happy to make alternative pick up arrangements.

In addition, we are taking the following precautions:

We have increased our frequency of sanitation in high risk areas and our staff are trained to high levels of personal hygiene.

Our fulfillment, shipping pick up staff have been instructed to stay home at any sign of illness, symptoms of COVID-19 or recent travel to medium or high-risk areas.

Mandatory social distancing during pick up.

Enacted protocols to sanitize all high contact areas.

To further reduce the risk of transmission, effective immediately, we will no longer accept cash payments.

We wish all of you and your loved ones good health during these stressful times.

All orders must be picked up within 14 days following a sale conclusion. If you are planning on picking up at a later date, please us let us know in advance for approval.

Shipping, packing and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where you have purchased a smaller lot or lots that will fit in a 16x20 inch bubble envelope or less, Auction Network is happy to ship this out internally by Canada Post with Tracking or Regular Mail. Auction Network is not responsible for any lost order by Canada Post. Where you require filing a claim with Canada Post, we are happy to assist.

PakShip will contact each buyer after items have been picked up from Auction Network; with 2-3 business days of an auction sale conclusion. Please note that the quote you receive from PAKShip by email will automatically include insurance. If you do not require insurance, please let them know and your quote will be adjusted.

We encourage you to inquire on multiple options with PakShip to ensure your complete satisfaction. Shipping charges will be charged directly from the PakShip to the buyer. Combining shipment is permitted and arrangements must be made with PakShip directly.
